Kelly Tuomikoski, PhD, is an Implementation Specialist for Michigan’s Integrated Behavior and Learning Support Initiative (MIBLSI). Her areas of expertise include Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS), assessments of early literacy, data analysis and problem solving, and systems coaching. She is a SWIS facilitator as well as a DIBELS Mentor. Prior to working with MIBLSI, Kelly was a school psychologist and MTSS coordinator for a large, suburban district in Oregon. Kelly began her education career as an elementary teacher and has taught classes at the undergraduate and graduate levels in special education and psychology. She received her M.S. in School Psychology from North Carolina State University and her Ph.D. in School Psychology from the University of Oregon.
