Margaret McGlinchey is currently Co-Director for Michigan's Integrated Behavior and Learning Support Initiative (MiBLSi), a statewide project that improves the behavior and reading outcomes of students in elementary and middle schools in over 250 schools across Michigan. Margie has worked in education for 30 years as a School Psychologist and educational consultant. For the last fifteen years, she has worked with schools to implement data based decision making models in the areas of reading and behavior at the individual and school level
