Stephanie Stollar is an educational consultant with the State Support Team Region 13 in Cincinnati, Ohio. SST 13 provides school improvement services to the 52 districts in the four counties in southwestern Ohio. For the past twelve years, she has worked with districts implementing an integrated systems model of school improvement, which incorporates a response to intervention approach to systems change by implementing three tiers of prevention of reading and behavioral difficulties. She has worked with a team of skilled educators to develop RtI training materials, implementation products and supports, and processes and tools for program evaluation that have been used by schools, districts, and regional agencies. As a trainer for the last six years, she has supported the use of DIBELS in a three-tier model. Dr. Stollar has worked as a school psychologist and as an assistant professor. She has published several journal articles and book chapters on improving educational systems for all students.
