sarah Neumann

Dr. Sarah Neumann currently serves as the Director of Curriculum and State and Federal Programs for Parchment School District, where she has also been the principal of Parchment Northwood Elementary School for the past 10 years. Prior to her time with Parchment School District, Sarah served as a classroom teacher for several years, where she cultivated her passion for literacy and early childhood education. She earned her doctorate in Educational Leadership at Western Michigan University, which lead to her enthusiasm for working with teachers and administrators to develop systems that support school improvement and professional learning. Throughout her career, Sarah has also served as an adjunct professor at both Concordia University and Western Michigan University where she has enjoyed sharing her passions and work experiences with prospective teachers and school administrators.
